Our Product Range At Douglas Willis we have spent over 60 years and 4 generations perfecting what we do. We have our own farms where we can guarantee the welfare of our livestock and source our Pork and Lamb from the best local farms. Our poultry is specially selected from suppliers such as Banham and Gressingham so that we can guarantee it's quality is up to our own stringent standards. 	Our beef is allowed to hang and mature naturally for up to 21 days before being passed onto our master butchers who take great pride in carefully preparing the vast range of cuts that we provide.	Welsh lamb is regarded by many to be the best tasting lamb in the world and we couldn’t agree more. Our family have great passion for our Monmouthshire lamb, achieving exacting standards of excellence from our meat.


All our beef steaks are traditionally hung and matured, to bring out the beautiful taste and tenderness. They are then hand cut and trimmed to a very high standard. Whatever your favourite you can choose from Sirloin, T-bone, Ribeye, Rump and best of the best, Fillet steak.	We can offer you free range poultry as well as farm assured chicken that is governed by the red tractor scheme.	Our game selection has been specifically sourced from sustainable private country estates over the UK but predominantly Scotland. As with any of our products it is extremely important to us how the animals are looked after.



We use traditional and natural curing methods for our bacon to ensure a very subtle flavour with a hint of sweetness. All we do is lightly fork the meat, rub in salt and a small amount of sugar and cure. We leave the meat for 4 days at a constant temperature, turning it every day to ensure it is evenly cured.	Our Philosophy is always to produce the best products in whatever we do. So when making our sausages and burgers, we first looked at how best to combine the finest ingredients to produce an end product that satisfies our strict criteria


Our marinated products section includes all the best of our specially selected Welsh Beef, Welsh Lamb, Free Range Woodland Pork and Farm Assured Poultry in a selection of delicious marinades.	Douglas Willis' own brand of ready prepared meals. An amazing range of delicious ready prepared meals, made to make life easier! Choose from a variety of classics which include duck breasts in orange sauce.	These pigs are reared outside, which allows them the freedom to enjoy their natural environment and produce meat that is bred for flavour, not for yields. You will find that there is more fat covering than normal pork but the flavour contained within this is rendered down into the meat when cooking to give a flavour that is unsurpassed. The taste is how pork should be, sweet with a soft succulent texture that should never be over cooked.
