We use meat from the flank for our beef burgers which is extremely soft when minced, but doesn’t break up when cooked.
We use the perfect amount of fat (15-20%) with a small amount of salt and pepper allowing you to taste the natural flavours of the beef.
We hand-press the burgers for that perfect shape and freeze them allowing the salt in the burger to gently cure the meat over time.
Our exceptionally tasty lamb burgers are made using tender meat from the breast. With a small amount of seasoning and mint these are hand pressed and frozen so they maintain their flavour.
