Monmouthshire Lamb

Welsh lamb is regarded by many to be the best tasting lamb in the world and we couldn’t agree more. Our family have great passion for our Monmouthshire lamb achieving exacting standards of excellence from our meat.

The lamb within Monmouthshire is especially good due to the quantity of lush, low-land pasture in which they are able to grow and develop. They take on that distinctively fresh, sweet and succulent taste we all crave.

Due to excellent rainfall in Wales, new grass is in abundance most of the year round providing the lambs with the quality food they need to develop. They are at their best between March and September when the sun helps bring out that extra-special flavour.
