Our beef is allowed to hang and mature naturally for up to 21 days before being passed onto our master butchers who take great pride in carefully preparing the vast range of cuts that we provide.
All our farm assured chicken is reared under the Red Tractor Scheme. Shoppers can be confident that food bearing the Red Tractor has been checked every step of the way from farm to pack. 
Reared on green pasture within Wales our beef is personally checked and selected by Douglas Willis. Produced from the hindquarter and expertly trimmed, our Topside of Beef is the classic roasting joint. A great cut of beef perfect for a delicious family roast.

This diced lamb is ideal for casseroles - expertly trimmed and diced, and easy to use.

Our Sirloin Steak is very finely marbled, so tasty and succulent and it melts in your mouth - everybody loves a good sirloin.
The secret to this Usk valley ribeye's fantastic taste and succulence, is the distinctive marbling.
