Prepared from cuts of our own grass-fed, naturally reared beef, you simply can't beat the quality and taste. We always strive to produce great products and it is the same with our minced and diced beef. Selected and expertly trimmed to ensure perfect eating quality with all the flavour contained in the meat.
The diced steak is only produced from the chuck which is the ideal cut to be slowly pot roasted in any variety of dishes, from ghoulash to curries, including all manner of classic casserole dishes.
The minced steak is just produced from the prime cuts and as such is soft when cooked enabling it to be widely used, from bolognaise to cottage pie.
