Shop Beef

Our beef is predominantly from Welsh Black, Hereford or Charolais cattle, free to roam the fields of our farm in the Usk Valley, South Wales.

Typically 20 to 30 months old, our cattle are hand-selected to ensure consistency, as-well as the flavour and quality associated with truly great-tasting beef.

Once prepared, our beef is allowed to hang and mature naturally for up to 28 days, before being passed onto our master butchers, who take great pride in carefully preparing the vast range of beef cuts we provide.

Our selection of beef cuts has something for everyone, from tender beef rump joints to mouth-watering sirloin and T-bone steaks.
