We’re often asked what’s the secret to our succulent sausages, mouth-watering bacon and gammon steaks. The answer is that they are made by hand using traditional methods by our artisan makers. Our award-winning sausages are a huge family favourite, whether it’s a weekend fry-up, a midweek meal or a festive trimming, our crowd-pleasing sausages are sure to hit the spot. Using traditional and natural curing methods, our bacon and gammon steaks are expertly cut to minimise shrinkage and maximise flavour.
