Grandma Som’s Chicken Dish
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 30 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
•4 chicken breasts, diced
•1 jar of asparagus
•2 tins of condensed chicken soup
•8-10 mushrooms, sliced
•Mild curry powder, to taste
•A small amount of oil
Method
Step 1:
In a pan, place the oil and chicken over medium heat.
Step 2:
Cook chicken until cooked through and not pink.
Step 3:
Add the soup and refill the tin with water and add.
Step 4:
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5:
Add the curry powder and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6:
Chop the asparagus and add. Cook for a further 5 minutes and serve.
Step 7:
This dish is great served with rice or chips.
