Our meat is cut and prepared daily by our professional, expert butchers. Our experience and knowledge of farming and butchery extends back three generations and the original ethos established by my Grandfather and is still maintained today.
From our farm in the beautiful Usk Valley we source beef from our own herds of Welsh cattle. We also procure Welsh beef, lamb and pork from other trusted Welsh suppliers we have worked with for decades. The finest poultry and game is sourced from handpicked producers to ensure the principles of care and quality is maintained throughout.
Freshly prepared and displayed in-store we have a selection of delicious traditional sausages, homemade and hand pressed steak and lamb burgers, a wide variety of marinated meats and kebabs, stir-fry meals, breaded chicken breasts with a choice of tasty fillings, minted lamb steaks, joints with homemade stuffing and so much more….
